Rental Agreement

CHECK-IN is 3:00PM, CHECK-OUT is 11:00AM. NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT.

An additional fee of $50.00 will be assessed per quarter-hour you stay after regular check out time without prior approval of owner.

This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is prohibited in the tent, the Casita, Casa del Sueno on their verandas, patios or anywhere on the FireSong Ranch property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning charge to your credit card.

FireSong Ranch is an ADULTS-ONLY property. We cannot accommodate anyone under 21 years of age.

A deposit of $250 is required to hold your reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to your check-in.

***UPON CHECK-OUT, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES UP TO $500 IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS ARE NOT MET:

• No damage is done to the tent, casita, casa del sueno, its contents, or the property, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No towels or linens are permanently stained, lost, or damaged.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• Used towels and bathrobes are placed in the bathtub at the tent & shower in the casita & showers in casa del sueno.
• All keys are left on the guest book. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

PAYMENT – Full payment of rental fee, taxes, and deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.

OCCUPANCY is limited to a maximum of 2 (two) persons in Ndotto and 4 (four) persons in Casita., 4 (four) persons in Casa del Sueno.

This property requires a 2 (two) night minimum stay.

PET POLICY: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside or on the FireSong Ranch property at any time.

SPECIAL NOTE: Guests arriving with pets will not be allowed to check-in and will forfeit all rental fees, taxes, and service charges.

INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include a one-time bed linen and towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.

RATE CHANGES: Until a reservation is confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.

Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to any of these policies must be approved in writing in advance.

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for weather such as strong wind, heavy rain, flooding, flash flooding, thunder/lightning, hurricanes, hale, sleet, snow, ice, or other forms of severe weather such as extreme heat, drought or extreme cold. 

REPAIRS AND SERVICE CALLS: We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, WiFi or other appliances or plumbing. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

FireSong Ranch, Ndotto & Casita is privately owned. The owner has the right to refuse service or occupancy to anyone for any reason. The owner is not responsible for any illnesses, accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The tent owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. The property is located in a rural environment and all precautions should be taken accordingly.

INDEMNIFICATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK –

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. GUEST(S) AGREE TO INDEMNIFY FireSong Ranch LLC AND THE OWNER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY ANY PERSON INCLUDING ANY INVITEES OF GUEST(S).

Guest(s) promise to reimburse FireSong Ranch for all damages to the property caused by Guest(s) or their invitee(s) and shall be responsible to FireSong Ranch for attorney’s fees and other causes necessary to collect such damages as allowed by law. If anything is damaged at the property caused by misuse or negligence of the guest(s) or their invitee(s) or is stolen, the guest(s) shall be responsible for the full amount of the damage or value of the item(s) stolen, and this amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

Additional guests staying without the consent or acknowledgement of the owners will result in an additional $375 charge per person per night to the credit card on file.

By making a reservation online or over the phone, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above. By providing your payment by credit card you agree to all rates and fees associated with FireSong Ranch.
